Placements24 is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee enterprise software implementations for new and existing clients. This on-site role in Kimberley requires translating client needs into actionable plans and coordinating with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.

The ideal candidate has a strong PM background, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of software implementation life cycles across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Excellent client-facing communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software implementations and delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise software implementation projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, timelines, resources and budget.
• Serve as primary client contact ensuring clear, consistent communication across stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal technical teams, consultants and client resources to meet milestones.
• Oversee configuration, data migration, integration and customization phases of deployments.
• Conduct regular status meetings with clients and internal teams, addressing concerns.
