- 6+ years of project management experience in business systems projects (ERP/CRM).
- Experience with system configuration, integration and user adoption.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Admin, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle of business systems implementation projects from initiation to deployment.
- Develop detailed project plans with scope, resources, risk, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal IT, external vendors and business users.
- Oversee configuration, testing, data migration and user training.
- Report progress and risks to senior management.
