The role requires 10+ years in program management, strong SDLC and hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) expertise, and exceptional leadership and communication abilities. MBA and PMP/PgMP are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or Master's degree preferred (highly desirable).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, including enterprise software or tech initiatives.
• Proven track record managing large, complex, multi-year programs.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and execute strategic enterprise programs aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee a portfolio of interdependent projects with resources, budgets, and timelines.
• Lead and mentor program teams to foster collaboration and results.
• Develop robust program governance and reporting mechanisms.
• Identify, assess, and manage program-level risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication including executives and technical teams.
• Manage program budgets and track expenditures to meet financial targets.
• Drive process improvements and best practices in program management.
• Oversee vendor selection and management for program activities.
• Ensure delivery of program outcomes and benefits realization.
