Placements24 is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for an office-based role in Mossel Bay, Western Cape. You will oversee the rollout of a new enterprise-wide software system, coordinating internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth integration across branches.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT project management, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to delivery with a proven track record in software deployments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business admin, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' IT project management experience, esp. enterprise software rollouts.
• Proven track record managing complex software implementations.
• Solid knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects from planning to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, timelines, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, analysts, and end-users.
• Liaise with vendors for delivery, implementation, and support.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, monitor progress.
• Communicate status to stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Oversee user training and adoption of the new software.
• Monitor milestones and budget, adjusting as needed.
