Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise software implementation projects, from initiation to closure.


• Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.


• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project, ensuring clear and consistent communication.


• Coordinate internal technical teams, implementation consultants, and client resources to achieve project milestones.


• Oversee the configuration, customization, data migration, and integration phases of software deployments.


• Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.


• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing timely solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically with enterprise software implementations.


• Proven experience managing projects for clients in diverse industries.


• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and implementation methodologies.


• Excellent client-facing communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.


• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).


• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.


• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
