Qualifications

• Matric and relevant sales/marketing qualification.
• 2–5 years of dedicated B2B external sales or business development experience within the services industry.
• Express courier, road freight, or logistics sectors advantageous.
• Strong contract negotiation, pipeline tracking, and executive presentation capabilities.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and qualification of high-value corporate leads.
• Solution selling—analyze client supply chain needs to design express/road/air courier solutions.
• Tender and proposal management: prepare formal proposals, pricing rate approvals, and bid tenders.
• Pipeline and reporting: maintain updated CRM records and deliver weekly sales activity or forecast reports.
• Cross-functional execution: collaborate with operations and customer service to ensure onboarding and SLA delivery.
