• Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with operations and customer service to guarantee smooth client onboarding and service level agreement (SLA) delivery

Key Requirements

• Matric and relevant sales/marketing qualification


• 2-5 year years of dedicated B2B external sales or business development experience within the services industry


• Express courier, road freight, or logistics sectors advantageous


• Strong contract negotiation, pipeline tracking, and executive presentation capabilities
