Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated B2B external sales or business development experience within the services industry.
• Experience in express courier, road freight, or logistics sectors is advantageous.
• Strong contract negotiation, pipeline tracking, and executive presentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation: Prospect and qualify high-value corporate leads and enterprise contracts.
• Solution selling: Analyse client supply chain needs to design express, road, or air courier solutions.
• Tender & proposal management: Prepare formal proposals, pricing rate approvals, and bid tenders.
• Pipeline & reporting: Maintain CRM records and deliver weekly sales activity or forecast reports.
• Cross-functional execution: Partner with operations and customer service for smooth onboarding and SLA delivery.
• Market research: Monitor local shipping competitors and industry trends.
