The Recruitment Center is seeking an accomplished Sales professional to drive revenue with enterprise IT clients in Gauteng. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, building long-term relationships and delivering tailored solutions.

You will travel locally to engage clients and present compelling demonstrations of our products and services. Ideal candidates have at least five years of enterprise IT sales with a proven ability to win new business, manage key accounts, and

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• Minimum 5 years sales experience with enterprise IT customers.
• Proven track record in business development & account management with enterprise IT clients.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, with strong sales results.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers for long-term revenue.
• Pursue 90% new business development and 10% existing business.
• Identify prospects via cold calling, networking and existing base.
• Conduct account reviews and identify growth opportunities within Budget and KPI.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and product demonstrations for clients.
• Provide solutions aligned to client needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Keep management informed with activity and territory analyses.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and products to stay competitive.
• Travel locally and potentially nationally to meet clients.
