Job summary

Talent Evolution (Pty) Ltd in Johannesburg seeks an IT Sales Manager to lead revenue growth for Secure Signing across SA and regional markets. This hands-on, player-coach role requires driving high-value deals while coaching a sales team and expanding our partner ecosystem.

You will recruit and manage resellers, SI partners, and direct sales teams, build scalable processes, and communicate the value of our digital signing solutions to enterprise clients and C-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years’ sales experience, including at least 4 years in a sales leadership or management role.
• Proven hands-on experience recruiting, onboarding and managing resellers, system integrators or other channel partners, with demonstrable partner-generated revenue.
• Direct line-management experience within the last few years, including hiring, target setting, coaching and performance management of a sales team.
• Technology, software or cybersecurity environment experience is required.
• Gauteng-based, with the ability to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Recruit, onboard and manage resellers, system integrators and other channel partners.
• Personally identify, pursue, negotiate and close new business opportunities, including enterprise and high-value deals.
• Lead and develop the sales team, setting targets and coaching for performance.
• Build scalable sales processes and governance for sustainable growth.
• Provide accurate revenue forecasts and regular performance updates to management.
