Placements24 is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director for the Centurion, Gauteng region to lead strategic sales of cloud and enterprise IT solutions. You will shape the sales strategy, mentor a high-performing team of account executives, and drive multi-million rand revenue growth by targeting large enterprise clients and key partnerships.

The role requires a proven track record in enterprise software sales, deep cloud technologies knowledge, and exceptional leadership with C-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise software sales with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record of exceeding multi-million rand quotas.
• Deep understanding of cloud solutions (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS) and enterprise IT.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management at C-level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy for cloud solutions in Centurion and surrounding regions.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of enterprise account executives to achieve targets.
• Identify and pursue new large enterprise opportunities through strategic prospecting and partnerships.
• Drive complex sales cycles from engagement to contract closure.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure aligned delivery.
