Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of active enterprise clients across SA and build trusted relationships.
• Host regular reviews with client IT and business decision-makers.
• Monitor monthly cloud billing and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Identify opportunities for adopting Microsoft Azure services.
• Collaborate with cloud architects to prepare commercial proposals.
• Manage renewals to secure long-term retention and satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date client interaction notes.
