Job summary

Collier Recruitment is seeking a commercially driven Client Success Manager to own a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise technology clients in Johannesburg. You will grow revenue, identify upsell opportunities, and re-engage dormant accounts, while making strategic pricing decisions.

You will work closely with the Branch Manager and senior leadership to ensure client success, resolve issues swiftly with Compliance, and structure deals that keep clients competitive.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in a commercial, client-facing, or professional environment.
• Proven track record in sales, account management, or client success.
• Commercial flair and a bias for action.
• Sharp problem-solver with strong communication and client presence.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise technology clients and drive revenue growth.
• Identify upsell opportunities and re-engage dormant accounts.
• Make strategic pricing decisions and structure deals to maximise revenue.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager, Account Managers, and Compliance teams to resolve issues.
