Job summary

Cyberlogic is seeking a Mid Client Success Manager in Johannesburg to own and grow trusted client relationships across an assigned portfolio. You will drive renewal planning, opportunity management and measurable business value through Cyberlogic and Hyperclear capabilities.

You will conduct discovery, align solutions, and collaborate with SMEs to support procurement and delivery while maintaining accurate CRM data and forecasting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must have client-facing technology sales experience or Client Success in SME/mid-market.
• Familiarity with consultative selling, opportunity qualification and CRM discipline.
• Experience with pipeline management and commercial forecasting is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain trusted client relationships and monitor relationship health across portfolio.
• Develop account plans and roadmaps aligned to client needs and vendor ecosystem.
• Identify opportunities, qualify leads and advance pipeline through coordination with SMEs.
• Provide delivery visibility and escalate risks impacting renewals or delivery.
• Own renewal planning, commercial readiness and proposal coordination.
