Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in inside sales, call center, recruitment, or student enrollment services.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed expectations.
• Strong communication skills across phone, text, and email.
• Goal-oriented, competitive, and driven to achieve both individual and team targets.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience)
• 3+ years of experience in inside sales, call center, recruitment, or student enrollment services

• Goal-oriented, competitive, and driven to achieve both individual and team targets
• Tech-savvy with solid MS Office (Word & Excel) skills and a knack for learning new systems
