Profile Personnel is seeking an experienced Head of Student Enrolments to lead a large-scale enrolments function, driving growth, efficiency and conversion. You will steer targets, coach managers and leverage data, CRM, and BI to optimise performance.

This role requires a strong track record in data-driven leadership, with experience in targeting, process improvements, and technology adoption to sustain high performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a data-driven environment.
• Proven success in high-pressure, target-driven settings.
• Experience leading large teams and coaching managers.
• Strong grasp of sales KPIs and performance management.
• Experience with CRM, telephony, BI and related technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, sales performance, operational efficiency, quality and conversion, while using data, technology and strong people leadership to achieve departmental objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall performance and strategic direction of the Student Enrolments function.

• Drive enrolment targets, conversion rates, productivity and lead utilisation.

• Analyse performance data, dashboards and reporting to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

• Lead, coach and develop Managers, Team Leaders and enrolment teams to achieve targets.

• Optimise processes and implement scalable, efficient operational practices.

• Oversee the effective use of CRM, telephony, BI, automation, AI and related technologies.

• Identify root causes of performance issues and implement effective corrective actions.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' managerial experience in a data-driven environment.

• Proven experience in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.

• Strong track record of managing, motivating and developing large teams.

• Strong understanding of sales strategies, KPIs and performance management.

• Demonstrated ability to use data and reporting to identify performance issues and drive corrective action.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Experience in process optimisation, operational improvement or technology adoption would be advantageous.

• Experience with CRM, telephony, BI, automation or related operational technology would be advantageous.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Comfortable working with dashboards, performance reports and digital technologies.

• Understanding of automation, AI and workflow technologies within a sales/contact-centre environment would be advantageous.
