Job summary

Global Recruitment SA in South Africa is recruiting Student Enrolment Agents for fully remote work. You will engage with prospective students, provide course guidance and help convert leads into applications and enrolments, while meeting enrolment targets.

The role requires matric, 2-3 years contact centre sales experience, and proficiency with CRM systems. You’ll work from home nationwide with standard office hours and a commission-based remuneration structure.

Are you a confident, target-driven sales professional with a passion for helping people achieve their educational goals?

We are looking for motivated Student Enrolment Agents to join a growing Student Enrolment Department. This is a fully remote opportunity, open to suitable candidates based anywhere in South Africa.

Location:

• Fully remote - work from anywhere within South Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective students through various communication channels.


• Provide information and guidance on available courses and study programmes.


• Assist prospective students in selecting suitable courses based on their needs and career goals.


• Manage and convert leads into successful applications and enrolments.


• Meet and exceed individual and team enrolment targets.


• Maintain accurate records and update CRM databases.


• Ensure compliance with enrolment processes, policies and procedures.


• Deliver professional and positive prospective student experiences.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric certificate or equivalent.


• 2-3 years' Contact Centre Sales experience.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Self-motivated, organised and results-driven.

Advantageous:

• Experience within the private education sector.


• Additional sales-related training or qualifications.

Remuneration:

Commission and Production Pay (CPP) - performance-based remuneration structure.

Working Hours:

• Monday - Thursday: 08:00-17:00


• Friday: 08:00-16:00


• Saturday: 09:00-13:00 (last Saturday of each month off)

Start Date:

1 December 2026
