Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, with a specialization in engineering or technical recruitment.
• Proven ability to source and attract niche engineering talent.
• Strong understanding of various engineering disciplines, methodologies, and relevant software/tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for specialized engineering roles.
• Source candidates through various channels, including professional networks, job boards, industry events, and technical communities.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific engineering project needs and company culture.
• Develop and nurture a pipeline of qualified engineering talent for current and future requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market demands within the engineering sector.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and selection criteria.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client data in the recruitment database.
