Placements24 in Durban seeks a Lead Recruitment Consultant to head the Engineering division. You will lead a team of specialists, drive business development, and ensure placement of engineers across civil, mechanical, electrical, and chemical fields. Hybrid work model with strong client focus.

You will shape regional engineering recruitment strategy, foster high performance, and deliver exceptional service to a diverse client base, building lasting relationships with candidates and clients alike.

Qualificações

• 6+ years recruitment experience, with 2+ years in leadership/senior consultant role in engineering recruitment.
• Proven track record recruiting across civil, mechanical, electrical, chemical, and process engineering.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and client relationship management skills.
• Proficient with ATS/CRM platforms and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Bachelor’s or higher qualification in Engineering, Business, or HR is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of recruitment consultants focused on engineering.
• Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans for Durban and KwaZulu-Natal.
• Drive business development to expand the client portfolio in engineering disciplines.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment cycles for complex engineering roles.
• Build strong partnerships with key clients and stay informed on industry trends.
