Qualifications

• 6+ years recruitment experience, with 2+ years in leadership/senior consultant role in engineering recruitment.
• Proven track record recruiting across civil, mechanical, electrical, chemical, and process engineering.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and client relationship management skills.
• Proficient with ATS/CRM platforms and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Bachelor’s or higher qualification in Engineering, Business, or HR is advantageous.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior consultant role within engineering recruitment.
• Proven track record of success in recruiting for a wide range of engineering disciplines (e.g., Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Process).
• Strong understanding of the engineering industry and the specific skill sets in demand within Durban, KwaZulu-Natal .
• Excellent leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
• Demonstrated ability in business development and client relationship management.
• Proficiency in ATS and CRM systems, as well as advanced sourcing techniques.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business, or Human Resources is advantageous.
