Qualifications

• Proven experience as Recruitment Consultant in Construction or Engineering.
• Strong industry knowledge of project lifecycles and roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for construction and engineering roles.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates for project managers, engineers, surveyors, and trades.
• Develop and maintain client relationships in construction and engineering.
• Leverage industry knowledge to attract top talent.
• Provide market insights and talent acquisition advice to clients.
• Ensure high service levels for clients and candidates throughout hiring.
