Qualifications
- Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in chemical process design, scale-up, and plant operations.
- Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams and projects.
Responsabilités
- Lead the design and implementation of new chemical processes and plant modifications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of chemical engineers and technicians.
- Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines for engineering projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Conduct performance evaluations of processes and equipment, recommending improvements.
