Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in engineering/manufacturing.
• Experience sourcing and placing technical professionals.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for engineering and manufacturing roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct assessments, interviews, and reference checks.
• Build relationships with clients to understand technical requirements.
