The ideal candidate has 3+ years in technical recruitment, a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, chemical, and industrial disciplines, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical recruitment for engineering/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial).
• Proven ability to source hard-to-find technical talent.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field is advantageous.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Klerksdorp, North West.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for engineering and manufacturing roles.
• Develop targeted recruitment strategies to attract engineers, technicians and tradespeople.
• Build and maintain relationships with client companies.
• Understand client requirements and project scope.
