The role requires a Bachelor's or Master’s in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (power/energy) and 4+ years in energy storage design or power electronics, along with MATLAB/Simulink and CAD proficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with focus on power systems or energy.
- Minimum 4 years in design, development, or integration of energy storage or power electronics.
- Knowledge of Li-ion chemistries, BMS, inverters, and grid interconnection standards.
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and CAD tools.
Responsibilities
- Design and engineer integrated energy storage solutions including BMS and PCS.
- Perform system sizing, modeling, and feasibility studies for storage applications.
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams for seamless integration.
- Develop testing protocols and validate performance against specs.
- Support installation, commissioning and operations; monitor evolving storage tech.
