You will be involved in the design, simulation, and deployment of battery energy storage systems (BESS) and other storage technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Design and engineer integrated energy storage systems for grid-scale and distributed applications.
• Perform system modeling and simulation for battery energy storage systems (BESS), including performance and lifetime analysis.
• Develop control strategies and algorithms for optimal operation of energy storage systems.
• Collaborate with equipment vendors, project teams, and grid operators on system integration and commissioning.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and performance requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to energy storage system performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in power systems engineering, with a specialization in energy storage.
• Proficiency in BESS modeling software and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, PSCAD, PSS/E).
