Career Minded is seeking a dedicated Customer Liaison Officer in Johannesburg. You will manage end-to-end order administration, from intake to delivery, coordinating with Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics while keeping clients informed at every stage.

The role emphasizes accurate admin, proactive communication, and seamless order lifecycle management, based in Modderfontein / Longlake areas. Salary ranges from R18,000 to R30,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Grade 12/Matric and relevant tertiary courses advantageous.
• 3–5 years in order processing, customer service, or admin in B2B/wholesale/distribution.
• Proficient in MS Excel; experience with Sage Evolution is a plus.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics documentation beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process orders from Sales Representatives and clients.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure on-time delivery and accurate stock movements.
• Provide regular updates to clients on order status and resolve delays professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, deliveries, and related communications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Warehouse and Logistics to keep the order pipeline moving.
