Job summary

Cls in Centurion, Gauteng, is seeking a proactive Customer Orders and Procurement Coordinator to manage orders from receipt to delivery. You will coordinate with suppliers, production teams and customers to ensure accurate handling and timely feedback throughout the process.

The role requires strong follow-up, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high service levels. A Grade 12 is essential and 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
• 3 years’ relevant administrative, procurement, production coordination or supply chain experience
• Experience coordinating between suppliers, internal teams and/or customers

Responsibilities

• Receive, coordinate and track customer orders from initial request through to completion.
• Ensure customer orders are accurately captured and communicated to the relevant internal teams.
• Provide customers with regular feedback on order status, availability and delivery dates.
• Maintain accurate records of supplier information, pricing, availability and outstanding requirements.
