Clicks Group Limited in Pretoria/Centurion is seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to support the leadership team in a busy electronics retail store. You will help drive sales, manage staff, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has retail leadership experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a passion for technology. You will work closely with the Store Manager to optimize operations, training, merchandising, and inventory control,

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail leadership role (supervisor/assistant manager).
• Proven sales and customer service experience in electronics retail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and POS operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, and staff supervision.
• Support in training and development of sales associates to meet performance standards.
• Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and contribute to strategies for improving sales.
• Manage inventory accurately, including stock levels and order processing.
• Ensure the store is well-presented, clean, and merchandised effectively.
• Handle customer issues promptly to ensure retention.
