Placements24 is seeking an Educational Technology Integration Specialist for a school in Klerksdorp, North West. You will lead the adoption of educational technologies and support staff, teachers, and students in leveraging digital tools to raise learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Technology, IT or related field.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in educational technology or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of educational software, hardware, LMS, and digital tools.
• Experience in training and supporting educators on technology integration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with faculty to integrate educational technology into curriculum and instruction.
• Provide training and ongoing professional development to educators on using educational tools and platforms.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new educational technologies to enhance teaching and learning.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support for educational software, hardware, and online learning platforms.
• Develop resources and guides to assist educators and students in using educational technologies.
• Stay current with advancements in educational technology and pedagogical best practices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of the school's technology plan.
• Support the use of the school's Learning Management System (LMS) and other digital learning tools.
• Foster a culture of innovation and digital literacy within the school community.
