Placements24 seeks an Educational Technology Integrator for our client in Mahikeng, North West. You will support educators and learners by training on LMS, interactive whiteboards, and educational apps, and help weave technology into the curriculum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, IT, or related field.
• Master's degree or certifications in Educational Technology are advantageous.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in education with technology integration, IT support, or instructional design.
• Proven experience training educators and students on technology use.
• Familiarity with LMS and digital educational tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and ongoing support to teachers and students on educational technology tools and platforms.
• Assist educators in integrating technology into lesson plans and pedagogy.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to educational hardware and software with IT support.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new educational technologies.
• Develop and deliver workshops on digital citizenship, online safety, and effective technology use.
• Collaborate with curriculum developers to ensure technology supports learning objectives.
• Stay current with advancements in educational technology and best practices.
• Facilitate collaborative projects and initiatives leveraging technology to improve student engagement.
• Maintain an inventory of educational technology resources and provide usage reports.
• Promote a culture of innovation and effective technology use.
