You'll provide training, troubleshoot hardware and software, advise on new technologies, and collaborate with IT and curriculum teams to ensure smooth learning experiences through strategic technology implementation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field (EduTech/CS/IS).
Proven experience in an educational technology support or specialist role.
Strong understanding of educational software, hardware, and LMS.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication, presentation, and training delivery skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
