The role requires 3+ years in educational technology, strong communication, and a proactive approach to selecting and implementing new digital solutions in a dynamic school setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Education or related field.
• Master's degree or EdTech certifications advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years in an educational technology support or specialist role.
• Proficiency with LMS (Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard) and various educational software.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and training to educators and students on educational technologies, software, and hardware.
• Assist in the implementation and management of the school's LMS and other digital platforms.
• Develop and deliver workshops to enhance digital literacy and use of technology in the classroom.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement new educational technologies to support curriculum goals.
• Troubleshoot issues related to educational software, hardware, and network connectivity.
• Collaborate with IT staff and academic departments for seamless tech integration into learning.
