Job summary
HyperionDev, based in Cape Town, is seeking an Ecommerce Marketing Lead to elevate website experience, course positioning and enrolment. You will lead a cross-functional team, aligning audience insight with content and design to empower students to choose the right course and commit to enrolment.
You will own product marketing, course launches, brand voice and coordinated campaigns, collaborating with growth, admissions and development to deliver a seamless experience across pages and journeys.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years in ecommerce, digital or product marketing.
- 2 years managing a multi-disciplinary team.
- Experience developing product positioning and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience leading brand and product marketing across products/markets.
- Strong analytical skills translating data into improvements.
Responsibilities
- Website experience & conversion optimization across course pages.
- Product marketing & positioning based on insights.
- Plan launches and campaigns across teams.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity in all channels.
- Lead copywriters, designers and marketers with clear briefs.
- Identify and remove friction from interest to enrolment.
- Track performance and report impact to prioritize improvements.
