Key Recruitment Group is assisting a Cape Town-based pet wellness supplement brand to appoint an Ecommerce Operations & Growth lead. The role focuses on building scalable systems, automation and workflows to support rapid growth locally and in the US market.

You will own tools, platforms and processes that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency, partnering with the founding team to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Ecommerce Operations or Revenue Operations.
• 2+ years implementing systems and automation.
• Experience with Shopify, Amazon or similar platforms.
• Experience in fast-growth startup environments (advantage).

Responsabilités

• Support growth of ecommerce channels Shopify, Takealot, Amazon.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, operational efficiency and conversion.
• Assist with systems and process development for US expansion.
• Design and optimise business systems and workflows across functions.
• Identify manual processes and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Evaluate, implement and manage software platforms and integrations.
• Work with leadership to develop scalable operating processes.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for visibility into metrics.
• Champion automation and continuous improvement.
