Job summary

DENM Digital is looking for a Client Delivery Lead to own client relationships and the end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of South African ecommerce brands. You’ll translate client needs into briefs for creative, paid media, email and technical teams, and plan campaigns from offer to go-live to drive revenue.

You'll work directly with the founders, move fast, and shape how DENM works as a growing agency while delivering tangible results for SA brands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in agency client services or delivery
• Shopify store, product feed and sales campaign integration
• Ability to brief paid and organic social without a translator
• Ability to raise problems early, including bad news
• We move fast; ideas go live in days, not quarters
• Opportunity for growth and internal promotion
• Influence on how DENM works with founders directly
• Experience across Shopify, paid media, creative, email and automation
• Work with South African brands and see revenue impact
• Direct collaboration with founders, with no layers of management

Responsibilities

• Own the client and delivery for a portfolio of SA ecommerce brands.
• Turn client needs into briefs for creative, paid media, email and tech teams.
• Plan end-to-end campaigns from offer to go-live to drive revenue.
• Provide strategic input and anticipate issues to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate directly with founders and shape DENM's ways of working.
