Job summary

DENM Digital is looking for a Client Delivery Lead to own client relationships and the end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of South African ecommerce brands. You’ll translate client needs into briefs for creative, paid media, email and technical teams, and plan campaigns from offer to go-live to drive revenue.

You'll work directly with the founders, move fast, and shape how DENM works as a growing agency while delivering tangible results for SA brands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in agency client services or delivery
• Shopify store, product feed and sales campaign integration
• Ability to brief paid and organic social without a translator
• Ability to raise problems early, including bad news
• We move fast; ideas go live in days, not quarters

You’ll be the first call for a portfolio of South African ecommerce brands. You’ll turn what they need into clear briefs for our creative, paid media, email and tech teams. And you’ll plan the campaigns that actually move revenue, from offer to go-live.

• You can brief paid and organic social without needing a translator
• You raise problems early, including the bad news
