Kontak Recruitment seeks an Account Manager (Ecommerce) in Johannesburg to own client relationships for a growing ecommerce-focused agency. You will manage several mid-market brands, coordinating Shopify stores, paid media, email and automation campaigns with a dedicated squad of specialists.

The role involves owning client communications, planning and executing campaigns, and driving on-time deliveries across creative, media and tech teams. A hands-on, growth-driven mindset is essential.

Formación

• 3+ years in agency account management or client services
• Experience handling multiple clients simultaneously
• Ability to brief creative, media, email or tech teams clearly
• Familiarity with Shopify or ecommerce environments is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Be the primary contact for your client portfolio and manage questions and issues
• Lead regular status updates and weekly client communications
• Understand trader calendars, stock positions and margins for each client
• Develop briefs forCreative, Paid Media, Email and Tech teams
• Coordinate go-lives across site, ads, email and social channels
• Build and manage the annual trading calendar including Black Friday and festive periods
