Job summary

Our client, based in Midrand, seeks an Ecommerce Operations Assistant to work closely with the E-Commerce Operations Manager. This hands-on role focuses on warehouse and fulfilment activities—order dispatch, picking and packing, stock control, and quality control—to keep online stores running accurately and on time.

You will understand and support the wider e-commerce operation and act as a reliable operational right hand when needed, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute order fulfilment and dispatch processes.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and support picking/packing team.
• Manage stock control, receive deliveries, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain organized warehouse storage.
• Quality-control stock for dispatch and receipts; handle returns.
• Coordinate with the Manager and warehouse team to clear blockages.
