Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of OMS and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the e-commerce order fulfillment process, from order placement to final delivery.
• Monitor website performance and product listings, ensuring accuracy and optimal presentation for online customers.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers and shipping partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of orders.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently, adhering to company policies and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, such as shipping delays, inventory discrepancies, or technical glitches on the e-commerce platform.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
