The role focuses on providing robust technical support for month-end processes, investment administration, claims, and client services, while designing and implementing efficient system processes.

Responsibilities include managing the support inbox, collaborating with the development team, and ensuring high-quality client reporting and installations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Employee Benefits.
• Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits.
• Experience with Everest and .NET.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Ability to work effectively with developers and programmers.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans.

Responsibilities

• Provide robust technical support for month-end processes, investment administration, claims, and client services.
• Design, validate, and implement systems and processes while managing related projects.
• Manage the technical support inbox, log requests, track issues, and provide feedback to management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system failures proactively to minimize downtime.
• Liaise with the system development team to resolve technical challenges and improve operational processes.
• Drive client relationship management and oversee new business installations.
• Handle client reporting, communication, and activity management.
