Placements24 is seeking a Customer Support Agent for its George, Western Cape office. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries via calls, email, and live chat, and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Weekend shifts may be required, with on-the-job training and development opportunities in a collaborative team

Qualifikationen
