Key Responsibilities

• Create, curate, and manage engaging, high-quality content (including text, images, video) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
• Manage paid social media campaigns, optimizing for ROI and key performance indicators such as conversion rates and customer acquisition cost.
• Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.
