Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics or related field.
• 3–5 years in performance marketing for e-commerce.
• Proven track record managing SEM, Social, and Display campaigns.
• Strong data analysis and CRO / A/B testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram and more.
• Manage budgets, bids, and targeting to hit KPIs like CPA and ROAS.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B tests.
• Analyze data, produce reports, deliver actionable insights.
• Coordinate with content/creatives to improve landing pages.
• Monitor trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure tracking and attribution models are accurate.
