Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related analytical field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in e-commerce analytics and performance marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant digital advertising platforms.
• Strong experience with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).
• Proven ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic marketing actions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze e-commerce sales data, website traffic, and user behavior to identify trends, patterns, and areas for optimization.
• Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns (PPC, social media ads, affiliate marketing) to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
• Monitor, track, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Conduct A/B testing on website elements, landing pages, and ad creatives to improve conversion rates.
• Develop dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for management.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align analytical insights with strategic planning.
• Identify customer segments and develop targeted marketing strategies.
