Placements24 is seeking a meticulous E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our Mahikeng team. You will oversee order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping logistics, and customer inquiries related to operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will collaborate with logistics, customer support, and marketing to streamline processes, monitor performance metrics, and drive cost efficiency while upholding company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or related field.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping processes.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle operational challenges.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, from order placement to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and work with suppliers to maintain optimal stock availability.
• Coordinate with shipping partners to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of orders.
• Handle customer inquiries related to order status, shipping, returns, and exchanges, providing timely and effective solutions.
