Placements24 is seeking an E-commerce Platform Specialist to manage and optimize the Mossel Bay-based online store. You will work with IT, marketing, and operations to implement features, troubleshoot issues, and drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities include maintaining platform security, enhancing UX, and analyzing user data to inform improvements. A hybrid work setup is available to balance office and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as E-commerce Platform Specialist, Webmaster, or similar role.
• Hands-on with e-commerce platforms (Shopify/Magento/WooCommerce).
• Strong understanding of UX/UI and online merchandising best practices.
• Experience with web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript is beneficial for front-end tweaks.

Responsibilities
