Qualifications

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations or online retail management.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, sales funnels and digital marketing principles.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with analytics tools.
• Experience with order management systems (OMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational skills for remote work and multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and pricing on the e-commerce platform.
• Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of online orders.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to manage shipping, tracking, and delivery issues.
• Monitor website performance, identify technical issues, and work with development teams for resolution.
• Analyze e-commerce sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends and improvements.
