Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly technical and detail-oriented E-commerce Platform Specialist to join our operations team on a fully remote basis. You will manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, troubleshoot issues, and implement new features to improve customer experience and drive sales.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Magento, Shopify Plus, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud, strong web skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and proficiency with Google Analytics and A/B

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
• Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as they relate to e-commerce sites.
• Experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics) and A/B testing methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote capacity.
