Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an organized E-commerce Operations Coordinator to oversee our Stellenbosch-based online store. You will manage inventory, process orders, and coordinate logistics to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will collaborate with suppliers, fulfilment partners and customer service teams, generating reports and monitoring shipping performance to drive improvements in a hands-on, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain environments.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and order processing systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels across all e-commerce channels.
• Process and track online orders from placement to fulfillment and delivery.
• Coordinate with 3PL providers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
• Handle customer inquiries related to orders, shipping and returns with timely resolutions.
• Monitor shipping performance and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Generate regular reports on sales, inventory and operational metrics.
